Terms and conditions of sale
Clear information before you place an online order
These terms govern purchases made on lucohe.com. Before placing an order, you can review the product, quantity, address, shipping, taxes, total price and payment method.
1. Seller and contact details
- Seller: Industrias Metalúrgicas Lucohe, S.L.
- Tax / VAT ID: B87088936 / ESB87088936
- Address: Calle Ferrocarril, 4, 28821 Coslada, Madrid, Spain
- Telephone: +34 916 742 434

2. Scope and customer status
The shop sells industrial spare parts, consumables and other products to businesses and professionals as well as consumers. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights. Provisions identified as B2B apply only where the purchase is made for a trade, business or professional activity.
3. Placing an order
- Add products to the cart and check references, compatibility and quantities.
- Enter or select billing and delivery details.
- Select an available shipping service; the summary displays the net amount, shipping, taxes, discounts and total.
- Select secure online payment or bank transfer, review these terms and place the order.
- You will receive an on-screen and email confirmation containing the reference and essential order details.
You can correct information before ordering through the cart and checkout controls. After ordering, contact us promptly and quote the order reference. The contract may be concluded in Spanish, English or Portuguese, and the electronic confirmation allows its essential details to be retained.
4. Products, compatibility and availability
Check the part number, dimensions, working pressure and equipment compatibility before ordering. Ask us before installation if you are unsure. Images may be illustrative; the published part number and specifications take precedence.
Orders are subject to availability. If, after confirmation, we identify a stock shortage, inability to supply or an obvious error in essential information, we will contact you without undue delay. You may accept an alternative or receive a full refund of the affected amount.
5. Prices, VAT, customs and discounts
Prices are in euros. Before ordering, you will see the total and tax breakdown calculated from the destination and information supplied. Intra-Community VAT exemption only applies where legally available and the VAT number is valid. The customer is responsible for supplying correct tax information.
For import destinations, customs duties, import taxes, clearance and similar charges are not included unless the checkout expressly says otherwise. Promotional codes apply according to their conditions and the result shown before the order is placed.
6. Secure online payment and bank transfer
Online payments are processed by Stripe. Depending on the country, device and transaction, its form may offer cards, PayPal, wallets or other enabled methods. Lucohe does not receive or store the full card number. A charge is requested only when you press the final payment button.
If you choose bank transfer, the order is registered without an online charge and remains pending until the payment is received and matched. Use the genuine order reference shown after confirmation. Any bank charges are payable by the sender.
7. Delivery
Available shipping services, prices and applicable estimates are shown during checkout. The confirmation records the order details. If a significant issue arises or we cannot meet the communicated timeframe, we will contact you to agree delivery, an alternative or, where appropriate, cancellation and a refund.
Inspect the packaging on arrival. If there is transport damage or a parcel is missing, note it with the carrier and notify us promptly with photographs, without prejudice to your statutory rights.
8. Withdrawal and returns
Where the customer is a consumer and the right applies, they have 14 calendar days from receipt to communicate withdrawal without giving a reason. The conditions, costs, exceptions and model notice are in our Returns and withdrawal policy.
Statutory exceptions may include goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised. Consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to B2B purchases; commercial returns require prior approval, without affecting rights concerning defects, non-conformity or fulfilment errors.
9. Conformity, warranty and complaints
Consumers retain the statutory conformity guarantee and mandatory remedies under applicable law. For businesses and professionals, the product warranty, the agreement and applicable commercial law apply. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or rights that cannot legally be limited.
For an issue, email [email protected] with the order reference, SKU, description and photographs where useful. We will acknowledge it and explain the next steps.
10. Applicable law
Spanish law governs these terms, without depriving consumers resident elsewhere in the European Union of any mandatory protection available to them. In B2B relationships, unless mandatory law or a different agreement applies, the courts of Madrid have jurisdiction.
11. Current version
The version displayed when the order is placed applies to that order. We may update these terms for future orders.
