Returns and refunds

2. Return period

Consumers may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, where this right applies by law.

For professional or B2B sales, and for industrial spare parts, returns require prior authorisation from Lucohe, except in cases of defective goods, fulfilment errors or applicable statutory warranty rights.

3. How to request a return

Before sending any product back, email info@lucohe.com with the order number, part reference or SKU, reason for return and photographs if the product arrived damaged or does not match the order.

We will confirm by email whether the return is accepted and provide the return address and shipping instructions.

4. Product condition

Returned products must be unused, not installed, complete, with accessories and documentation, and in their original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.

We do not accept returns of used, installed, modified, incomplete, specially ordered or custom-made products, or items damaged by insufficient return packaging, unless the item is defective or the issue was caused by Lucohe.

5. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or Lucohe sent an incorrect part by mistake.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping the shipping receipt.

6. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether the return is accepted or rejected. If accepted, the refund will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

For consumer returns within the statutory withdrawal period, refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned product or from sufficient proof of shipment, although we may withhold the refund until the product has been received.

7. Defective products or order errors

If you receive a defective product, transport damage or a part different from the one ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the case and, where appropriate, arrange replacement, repair, credit note or refund with no return shipping cost for the customer.
